The substantive prayer made in the petition in hand reads thus:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this revision petition may kindly be accepted/allowed, and the impugned order dated 23.05.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram, in Criminal Appeal No.CRA-533- 2024 may kindly be set aside, in the interest of justice. It is further prayed that the operation of the impugned
order dated 23.05.2025 may kindly be stayed till the decision of the Larger Bench in CRM-M-7799-2025. It is still further prayed that necessary exemption from filling the certified and true typed copies of all the annexures and impugned order dated 23.05.2025 may kindly be granted and their downloaded/photocopies may kindly be taken on record, which are neat and clean, in the interest of justice”

CRR-1677-2025 -2- (i) The appeal pending before Sessions Court may be disposed of by said Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (ii) The impugned order dated 23.05.2025; to the extent that the petitioners (herein) have been directed to deposit 10% of the compensation amount, shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal by the concerned Appellate Court. Without commenting on the merits of the matter, ordered accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
