However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has not yet been complied in true letter and spirit and that there is a calculation difference. 2. On perusal of the proceedings dated 07.07.2025, it is seen that the CAS benefits, as directed, have been granted to the petitioner. If the petitioner is still aggrieved on the ground that there is some difference in the calculation of the monetary benefits accrued to her pursuant to the proceedings dated 07.07.2025, it is open to her to challenge the same in a manner known to law. In the result, this contempt petition stands closed.
