Although we are not satisfied with the explanation given by the Assistant Registrar (Establishment)- cum- Stamp Reporter but taking into consideration that he begged apology and undertook to be vigilant in future, we feel it proper to take a lenient view of the matter and ask the Assistant Registrar (Establishment)-cum- Stamp Reporter to be more vigilant in future so that similar mistake(s) would not occur. 4.
