(through V.C.) 1. Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. By the instant writ petition, the petitioners are praying for the following relief: i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to give approval to the appointment of the petitioners and pay salary w.e.f. 1.2.2012. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue as raised in this petition is covered by the judgment dated 29.06.2017 passed in Special Appeal No. 279 of 2017 ‘State and Another vs. Vikas Mohan Tiwari and Others’. 5. On the previous date the State was directed to get the instructions within three days as to whether the issue is covered by the aforesaid judgment or not. 6. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel fairly submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment. 7. In view of the submission as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 29.06.2017 passed in Special Appeal No. 279 of 2017 ‘State and Another vs. Vikas Mohan Tiwari and Others’.
