1. The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action in trying to interfere with the peaceful possession over the properties of the petitioners situated in RSR No.818/2C to the extent of Ac-0.10 cents, Ac-0.20 cents, of Nandigama Town and Mandal, NTR District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession over the properties of the petitioners. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner No.1 purchased Ac-0.10 cents in RSR No.8043 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022. The petitioner No.2 had purchased the property in an extent of Ac-0.10 cents in the same Sy.No.818/2C, Nandigama vide document No.8042 of 2022, dated
25.11.2022. The petitioner No.3 purchased an extent of Ac-0.20 cents on 04.04.2022 vide document No.2497 of 2022. 3. It is their case that they are in possession of the properties and paying municipal taxes to the authorities. In the year 2019, the petitioners intended to start Varshini Dairy and for which, the petitioners established a shed and small shops and obtained necessary permissions and licenses to run Varshini Dairy in the said property. Now, as there was threat of dispossession by the respondent Nos.2 to 5, without any notice, the present Writ Petition is filed. No details of any act or threat or interference were provided with the pleadings. 3

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that there is no interference by the respondent No.2 or their staff and it was further submitted that in the event of any action is to be initiated against the petitioners, due procedure under the A.P. Municipalities Act, and provisions all in thereto, would be followed. 5. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
