JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present Writ Petition is filed seeking two prayers. One is to expeditiously dispose of pending MC No.33/2022 and to dispose of IA's that are pending consideration expeditiously. 2. This Court has called for report about the pending cases on the file of II Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore and as per the same, there are about 18 cases pending which are prior to 2022 and for the year 2022, there are another 20 cases are pending. In these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Court to dispose of pending interlocutory application seeking modification of visitation order granted on 07.11.2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. The main MC shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 3. This Court is not proposed to issue notice to the respondent as the disposal of the case is in the interest of both the parties. The Family Court shall dispose of the pending application filed for modification of the visitation order within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. iii.
