At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that only recovery certificate has been challenged, which is a consequential some order, which has not been challenged. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact and prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed with withdrawn at this stage. The dismissal of the petition will not preclude the petitioner from taking any other legal recourse as available to him under the law.
