(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.41 dated 21.05.2025 under Sections 22B, 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 223 of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Nandgarh, Bathinda, District Bathinda, Punjab. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 10.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 10.07.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 10.07.2025 is made absolute.
