Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned AGA has submitted that in the instant case, part of the investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been submitted against one of the accused persons, namely, Chandan, however, as against the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6, investigation is still in progress and is likely to be brought to its logical conclusion. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2- Superintendent of Police, Ghazipur to conclude the investigation in fair, impartial and expeditious manner against the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6.
