The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “ (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Ex-parte order dated 12.03.2021 passed by Additional Collector, Gaya in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 67(Ka)/2017-18 by which he has cancelled allowed the Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.67(Ka)/2017- 18 and has cancelled the long standing Jamabandi No. 109/3 and subsequent Jamabandi opened in the name of petitioners. (ii) For issuance of writ in the writ in the nature of command directing the official respondents not take any further step in the light of order as contained in annexure-1 and they may be restrained from interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioners.
