Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in the present matter, as per Purshis dated 04-11-2025, it was agreed between the parties that the amount deposited before the Sessions Court or trial Court shall be withdrawn by the applicant alongwith interest accrued thereon. However, inadvertently, in the operative part of the above order dated 04-11-2025, in paragraph 5, clause (iv) it is stated that “The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant in the trial Court”. 3. In view of above, in order dated 04-11-2025, clause (iv) of paragraph 5 be replaced and it be read as “applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant before Sessions Court.” 4.
