The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to quash the order dated 20.5.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur, in Execution Case No. 251 of 2021, arising out of an application under Section 128 of Cr.P.C., whereby an order for attachment of the immovable property has been passed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application for fixing installments to pay arrears of maintenance before the court of competent jurisdiction.
