Shivaramu H.C., submitted that, he is not pressing the prayer No.1 for the time being, if, the direction is issued to respondent No. 2, to consider the representation dated 11.03.2019 (Annexure-C), made by the petitioner so as to bring it on par with the other hotels belonging to the respondent No.1 – State of Karnataka is concerned. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54171 WP No. 15182 of 2021 3. In this regard, the learned counsel representing the respondent No.2 – Corporation, reiterates the averments made by the State of Karnataka. 4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation at Annexure-C on par with the other hotels belonging to respondent No.2 – Corporation and also taking into consideration the memo dated 18.12.2025 filed by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of petitioner at Annexure-C at the earliest within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of this order. 5. In the light of the observations made above, till the respondent considers the representation made by the petitioner at Annexure-C, no precipitative action be taken by the respondent-Corporation against the petitioner.
