Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that respondent No.4 has not only illegally destroyed and obstructed the path but he also openly threatened the petitioner with dire consequences as he has high level connections and influence with senior government officials and revenue authorities, which is creating a sense of fear and insecurity in the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner moved representation dated 25.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.3, but no action on the same has been taken till date. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he would be satisfied if the representation dated 25.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), which had already been moved by the petitioner is looked into.
