Harinath Nidamanuri, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 fairly considered that the 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.1880 of 2011 Dated 09.04.2025 revision case is not maintainable, inasmuch as the revision case filed against an order passed in a Criminal Revision Petition No.12 of 2010 which was filed by the very same petitioner herein. 3. In view of the Judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Jagir Singh v. Ranbir Singh 1 and Baban v. Sambamurthy 2, this revision case is not maintainable in view of an embargo under Section 397 (3) of ‘the Cr.P.C’. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
