Heard Sri Awadh Narain Rai,, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K.Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner a Senior Clerk in the office of District Co-operative U.P. District-Etawah got retired on 31.7.2024, however, till date his post retiral dues i.e. Gratuity, Leave Encashment, due pension and arrears of salary etc are not paid and by way of this Writ Petition he prays that the same be paid along with interest. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel fairly submits that he has not received instructions. However, considering the prayer of petitioner, he assured that respondents will settle the above retiral dues and in case of any legal impediment, same will be informed to the petitioner within a short period. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of assurance given by the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that claim of the petitioner be settled expeditiously. 5. It is necessary to observe that in case of default, the petitioner constrained to approach this Court again for the same relief, this Court may pass adverse order, which may include order of recovery of dues from the salary accounts of the concerned respondents.
