HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Bangalore Development Authority (‘BDA’ for short) to consider their representation dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure-C). 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent/BDA. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is despite they submitting the representation dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure-C) seeking to re-allot marginal land measuring 23.07 square meters adjacent to property No. 977, Sector III, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, the said representation has - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50837 WP No. 12353 of 2025 not been considered by the respondent-BDA, thereby compelling the petitioners to approach this Court. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/BDA submits that the representation submitted by the petitioners would be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the claim of the petitioners, the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed if necessary directions are issued to the respondent. Accordingly, this Court pass the following: ORDER (i) The Writ Petition is disposed of.
