This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents from dispossessing the petitioners/appellants from the land in dispute namely Aarazi No.10, area 0.340 hect. situated in village Hajipur, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil - Chunar, District - Mirzapur during the pendency of Appeal No.26/2025 (Computer No.T202516530408422), Subash Singh & others Vs. Munna Lal Singh & others before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Chunar, District - Mirzapur, under Section 35 (2) of the U. P. Land Revenue Code, 2006." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that appeal filed under Section 35 (2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Appeal No.26/2025 (Computer No.T202516530408422), Subash Singh & others Vs. Munna Lal Singh & others, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
