This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2/ Additional Commissioner Judicial (First), Division- Varanasi, District- Jaunpur to decide the Revision No.-1655 of 2022 Case No.-C202214000001655 (Karmdev and Others Vs Udayraj and Others) Under Section 210 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 within specific period." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that revision filed under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no. 2 since 2022. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision No.-1655 of 2022, Computerized Case No. C202214000001655 (Karmdev and others vs. Udayraj and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
