Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP has filed a report regarding the witnesses of trial. 3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.18304 of 2024. 4. As per the FIR, the petitioner is accused of com- mitting dacoity and though the case was initially registered under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code but chargesheet has been sub- mitted under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code finding mate- rial against all the accused persons. 5. Considering the gravity of offence and an- tecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
