2. Though the matter is listed today for preliminary hearing. With the consent of counsel for the respective parties it is heard.
3. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 07.07.2025 vide Annexure-G.
4. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-G. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record.
6. A mandamus is ordered directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 07.07.2025 vide Annexure-G in accordance with the law within

two weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order, if not already considered as of today.
