Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A-1 for the State. 2. The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 14.05.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 142 of 2025, under Sections- 351(2), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station- Dhoomanganj, District- Prayagraj. 3. Mala fides on the part of respondent no.4, Sub-inspector, Aditya Singh, were also alleged in the writ petition 4. Learned AGA informs that earlier investigating officer of this case, namely, Aditya Singh, has been changed and in his place, Sub-inspector, namely, Sanjeev Kumar Chowdhary, has been appointed investigating officer of this case. 5. In view of the above, the relief prayed in the writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioner. 6. No further orders are required to be passed. 7. Petition is consigned to record.
