In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the representations at Annexure ‘A’ series. 3. On careful examination of the representations at Annexure ‘A’ series, it would indicate that the petitioner has expressed his difficulty in transporting the sugar cane, grown in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50921 WP No. 19708 of 2022 the land belonging to the petitioner and also made certain allegations against one Rajesh, son of Late Karigowda. 4. In that view of the matter, as the matter is of the civil in nature, the respondent-authorities cannot be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner with regard to decide the rights of the parties are concerned.
