By way of present application, prayer has been made for seeking transfer of Civil Suit No.CS-189 of 2023, titled as “Kehar Singh vs. Pardeep Sharma” filed by the respondent seeking permanent injunction against the applicant, pending before the Court of ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division-1), Sultanpur Lodhi to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Jalandhar. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent informs that the aforementioned civil suit, which is sought to be transferred by way of present application was dismissed in default vide order dated 07.04.2026 passed by ld. Civil Judge Junior Division-I, Sultanpur Lodhi, as such, the present application has been rendered infructuous. 3. In view thereof, the present application is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to seek revival of the present application, in the event, the aforementioned civil suit is restored. 4.
