The instant writ petition has been filed aggrieved of the action/inaction of the respondents in not considering the petitioner under the DESM (General) Category on the ground that the certificate submitted by her is not in the prescribed format. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the controversy involved in the present case has already been considered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-14505-2022 titled as ‘Sumit Vs. State of Haryana and others’ decided on 03.09.2024. The said writ petition was allowed and the petitioner therein was ordered to be considered under the General-DESM Category. LPA-61-2025 preferred by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission against the judgment dated 03.09.2024 was dismissed MANGAL SINGH 2025.07.30 20:38 I am the author of this document 2 238 CWP-21415-2022 (O&M) by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2025. 3. Learned State counsel and counsel for respondent No.3 are not in a position to dispute the fact that the present petition is covered by the judgment rendered in the matter of Sumit (supra). 4. Consequently, the instant writ petition stands allowed in terms of judgment dated 03.09.2024 passed in the matter of Sumit (supra) and as affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 16.01.2025 passed in LPA-61-2025. 5.
