The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 5th respondent in making efforts to dispossessing the petitioner from land to an extent of 16 Anakanalu in survey No. 343/1 of Siddipuram Village, Sangam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh without following procedure established by the law as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and the act of authorities is against the principle laid down by the Honble Apex court in the case of RAME GOWDA V/S M VARADAPPA NAIDU Citation: 2003 LawSuit (SC) 1248 and consequential set aside the Impugned Notices vide its No.01/2025 Dated 07/02/2025 as the said notices issued without adhering the procedure contemplated under GO MS. No 188 dated 21.07.2011 and to pass order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 3 3. Sri P.A.K. Yadav, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Sudhir, Ld. Standing Counsel for the ZPPs, MPPs and Grama Panchayats has drawn the attention of this Court to the Counter-Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.5 stating that the Grama Panchayat is not interfering with the property of the Writ Petitioner and the Grama Panchayat is not taking any steps from vacating the Writ Petitioner from her property. 4. Having noted the contents of the Counter-Affidavit, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit by directing the Official Respondents to follow the due process of law, if any coercive action is sought to be initiated against the Writ Petitioner in the future. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
