While the arguments were in progressed, learned APP pointed out that, the trial has commenced and two witnesses are already examined. He also submitted that, there are instructions that prosecution is intending to examine 14 witnesses. Learned counsel for the applicant also joined by submitting that material witnesses are also examined. 3. Considering the state of affairs, it is not desirable to entertain the bail application on merits, more particularly, when trial is commenced and there is a series of witnesses. 4. Learned trial Judge is requested to make a successful endevour to conclude the trial within six months from today. On failure to conclude the trial within six months, applicant is at liberty to move this Court again. 5. With this observations, bail application is disposed of. ABHAY S.
