Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39771 WP NO.27764 OF 2023 petition, the same would indicate that the investigation is of the year-2012 and writ petition is filed for conducing re- investigation in respect of the unnatural death. Therefore, I am of the view that the said aspect of the matter at this belated stage cannot be considered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
