Accordingly, the petition against the petitioner no.2 stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Earlier, relief was granted to the petitioners but the modification petition shows that they being poor and were out for livelihood, failed to return in time. 4. Accordingly, the petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72220 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 Committee. 5.
