[1] Heard Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned PP appearing for the State respondents. [2] The applicants submit that they applied for a copy of the FIR No. 01(01)2022 WPS-I/W u/s 325/34 IPC from the concerned Police Station. However, the same is not furnished till today. [3] The applicants filed a criminal petition challenging the said FIR. However, the same is not numbered as the copy of the said FIR is not annexed. [4] It is stated that the applicants will file a copy of the said FIR, as and when the same is furnished. [5] The learned PP submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order in the facts of the present case. [6] Considering the submissions made at the bar and on perusal of the materials on record, the present misc. application is allowed granting leave to the applicants to file the connected criminal petition without a copy of the FIR.
