JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 24-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 52 of 2025 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 309 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 137(2) of the B.N.S.,2023. 3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66904 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-VI-cum Special Judge, POCSO, Saharsa/ concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 52 of 2025 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S.
