The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 69, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Mrs. Nirmala Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. Prosecutrix is a major lady. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for more than a year. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Nirmala Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Gumla Mahila P.S.
