Petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of DDR vide GD No.33 dated 27.08.2021 under Sections 341, 323, 506 and 34 IPC (Annexure P-1) and DDR vide GD No.26 dated 08.04.2022 registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri under Section 3(1) of SC/ST Act (Annexure P-2) (Cross case in FIR No.174 on dated 27.08.2021 under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC at P.S. Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur P-3), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 09.09.2022 (Annexure P-4). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the both the petitions with liberty to approach this Court again as and when all the parties agree for compromise. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. 5. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
