This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.134 of 2024 for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 354-B, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. The allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant with farsa. 5. From the injury report, it appears that the injuries sustained by the informant are not of farsa. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Motihari, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.
