The present application has been filed by applicants for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No. 7701 / IX / 2017, arising out of Case Crime No. 1129 of 2017 (State Vs. Umesh Kumar and Others), under Sections 386, 436, 504, 506, 511 I.P.C., Police Station Highway, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of compromise and divorce decree recorded in Application under Section 482 No. - 19007 of 2022 (Sudhanshu Sharma and 6 Others Vs. State of U.P. and Another), the present case be finally decided. 4. Learned AGA and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the present case arises out of same proceedings in which compromise / divorce decree has already been recorded in Application under Section 482 No. - 19007 of 2022 (Sudhanshu Sharma and 6 Others Vs. State of U.P. and Another) and he would have no objection in case present criminal proceedings are put to an end. 5. In view of compromise / divorce decree recorded in Application under Section 482 No. - 19007 of 2022 (Sudhanshu Sharma and 6 Others Vs. State of U.P. and Another), the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed and the proceedings in the above mentioned case is quashed.
