After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that certain facts were not correctly informed by the petitioner due to which certain defects are made in the present petition. 3. Taking note of above submissions and putting petitioner on caution to remain a bonafide litigant, in the interest of justice, this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition with better and correct particulars, if so advised.
