JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE O R D E R 26.05.2025 This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the wilful disobedience and non-compliance of our order and judgment dated 18th March 2023 passed in WP (C) No. 358/2023 titled Union Territory of JK & Ors. vs. Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, whereby this Court while disposing of the petition had directed the respondents herein, in particular Chief Engineer, KPDCL to review the suspension of the petitioner in light of the observation made in the judgment.
