By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities while deciding the representations dated 29-10- 2024 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner grant benefit of Second time pay scale. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Brief facts of the case, is that, the petitioner was initially appointed as daily wager as Fourth Grade Employees and his services was regularized as regular employee. Thereafter, the petitioner was retired from his services after completing more than 20 years of his services and his pension was fixed and other benefits were also granted, but the second time pay scale has not been granted as he had already completed more than 20 years of his services. thereafter the petitioner was approached to the respondent department and submitted orally for grant of Second time pay scale, but the same has not been granted, therefore, the petitioner filed representations before the respondent department, which are still pending. Thereafter when no action has been taken by the 3 authorities, hence the petitioner subsequently submitted another application on 29-10-2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is seeking a direction to the respondents to decide his representation. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5. On the basis of submission made by both the counsel for the parties, at this stage, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the concerned respondent authorities raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition within a period of 10 days and, in turn, the concerned respondent authorities is directed to consider and decide the same within a further period of 30 days. 6.
