The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar. On 19.12.2024, Cyber Police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at village Bhura, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that though victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated him, but petitioner is in custody for about nine months. It was further submitted that co-accused Najir Ansari and co-accused Rijwan Ansari have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S.
