Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri N. Sai Phanindra Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the Caveator. 2. It is the contention of the Writ Petitioner herein that the Official Respondents are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Writ Petitioner over the land admeasuring Acs.10.38 cents in Sy.No.66 of Papampeta Revenue Village, Narayanapuram Gram Panchayat, Ananthapuram Rural Mandal. 3. Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar (I/c) of Ananthapuramu Rural Mandal dated 19.02.2025. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 4. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Official Respondents have served Notices to various households in Sy.No.66 in respect of land of an extent of Acs.10.38 cents, for the purpose of conduct of survey. The Written Instruction would also indicate that the said Survey was undertaken in compliance with the directions of this Court in W.P.No.28125 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024. 5. Sri N. Sai Phanindra Kumar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Caveator has furnished a copy of the Order dated 02.12.2024 in W.P.No.28125 of 2024. Learned Counsel would submit that he had appeared for the Writ Petitioners in the said Writ Petition. He would also submit that in pursuance of the Order of this Court, the Revenue Officials have issued Notices, for conducting survey, to all the parties including the present Writ Petitioner. 3 6. Having regard to these facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Writ Petitioner to participate in the survey with liberty to file submissions or objections on his behalf before the Surveying Authorities (Respondent No.3). 7. Needless to state that the Respondent No.3 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notices to all the interested parties, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order. 8. It is also needless to state that the Respondent Officials are obligated to adhere to the due process of law during the process of such survey. 9. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
