Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anshul Nigam, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The instant petition has been filed for following relief:- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2/ Additional Commissioner (Administration), Bareilly Division, Bareilly, to decide the stay application filed in Case No. 1300 of 2024 Computerized Case No. C202412000001300 (Ramakant & others vs. Ram Khilawan & others), under Section 210of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the order dated 29.03.2022 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Bisalpur, District Pilibhit, under Section 104/105 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 revision along with stay application filed on behalf of petitioner is pending before respondent No. 2. He submitted that appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the stay application in the pending revision before respondent No. 2. 4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the instant petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent No. 2/ Additional Commissioner (Administration), Bareilly Division, Bareilly, to decide the revision after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him. It is further directed that before decide the revision all the pending application including stay application shall be decided by revisional court, in accordance with law.
