Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to opposite party Nos. 1 to 4 to stop illegal construction being carried out by opposite party No.4 over and above in respect of Plot Nos. 299/10783, Khata No.412/1628 under Mouza-Rudrapur, P.S. Balianta, Tahasil- Bhubaneswer in the district of Khordha on the grounds stated. 3. The petitioner claims to be the purchaser of the case plot and it has been alleged that there has been illegal construction thereover at the behest of opposite party No.5 and therefore, the grievance is addressed to opposite party Nos.2 to 4 by way of the representations i.e. Annexure-5 series, but it has not yielded any result. 4. Recorded the submission of Mr. Ray, learned AGA for the State. 5. No notices are issued to opposite party Nos.2 to 4 and also opposite party No.5, since, the matter is disposed of at the stage of admission considering the limited grievance of the petitioner. 6. As per the representations i.e. Annexure-5 series, since unauthorized construction is alleged by opposite party No.5, the Court is inclined to direct opposite party No.2 to consider such grievance of the petitioner and to take a decision thereon as per and in accordance with law. 7. Accordingly, it is ordered. 8. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid to be complied with by opposite party No.2 dealing with one of the representations i.e. Annexure-5 series and to dispose it of as per law at the earliest preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 9.
