The amount of Rs.32,50,000/- alongwith interest accrued be given to the claimants/respondent nos.1 to 5 as per paragraph no.2 of the terms of compromise. Rest of the amount of Rs.9,55,169/- only be refunded to the appellant-Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd and the interest accumulated on that amount be given to the claimants. 8. First Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Award be passed in terms of compromise. 9. Registry is directed to transmit the amount to the extent of claimants to M.A.C.T. Dhule. 10.
