Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 273 of 2013 for the offences registered under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Act, 1978, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. The petitioners are the employees of Surha Micro Finance, Sahibganj. It is alleged that the Company enticed away several persons to deposit money in its Firm by promising them to return high interest. Later on, the Company decamped away with the money of several depositors. 4. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Ranjit Kumar Jaiswal and Rajesh Kumar have faced separate trial and they have been acquitted by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj by judgment dated 14.02.2023 in T.R. No. 06 of 2023 arising out of G.R. No. 273 of 2013. It was further submitted that no person has claimed that the petitioners have enticed him and allured him to deposit money in the said Finance Company. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, in connection with Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 273 of 2013. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
