Ray, Advocate, submitted that the applicant has an apprehension that he may be arrested by the Financial Fraud Unit in the said false case. 1 2025:UHC:4959 Therefore, the applicant-Santosh Gaurav has filed the present anticipatory bail application. 4. Mr. M.K. Ray, Advocate, further submitted, on instruction from the applicant that the applicant undertakes to appear before the In-charge Financial Fraud Unit, Police Office, District Pithoragarh to record his statement. 5. Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, Advocate, submitted on instruction that the Financial Fraud Unit, Police Office, District Pithoragarh will not arrest the applicant- Santosh Gaurav in pursuance to the said notice dated 06.06.2025. 6. After the said submission, on the request of Mr. M.K.
