ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
1. Direct the Hon'ble I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore to expedite the proceedings in Crl. Misc. No. 656 of 2022 vide Annexure A, by directing the Respondent to forthwith pay the admitted balance arrears of maintenance of Rs.8,10,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Ten Thousand only) in compliance with the order dated 29.07.2022 in Crl. Misc. No. 353 of 2012 passed by the Hon'ble Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore vide Annexure F.
2. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of the orders passed by the family court, the respondent/husband is not complying the same and he is not paying the maintenance she is has come up this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent/husband to forthwith pay the balance arrears of maintenance of Rs.8,10,000/-.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record. The prayer that is sought for

in the writ petition cannot be granted and writ petition cannot be filed seeking such relief.
4. In that view of the matter, this court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the parties to avail the appropriate remedy. ii. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
