ORDER :

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Petition seeks consideration of the claim of the Petitioner from Group-1 category for Retail Outlet between the Urlikanchan Junction to Shondone Road, Pune for the purpose of draw kept on 5th February, 2019. 9-WP 2379.2019.doc superseded by events that have transpired subsequent thereto. The said draw has taken place and pursuant thereto, the Letter of Intent (LOI) has been issued on 4th July, 2019 in the name of ‘Akshay Petroleum’. The Retail Outlet has thereafter also been commissioned.

On 7th November, 2025 when the Writ Petition had come up, none appeared for the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Petition had been placed for dismissal today.

Today also none appears for the Petitioner.

Having considered the submissions of learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 that the Writ Petition has become infructuous by supervening events, we dispose of the Writ Petition. There shall be no orders as to costs.
