This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(I) Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing respondents to not dispossess the petitioner over the Araji No. 980 situated at Village Yakubpur, Dhatori, Shikarpur, District Bulandshahr. (II) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Contained in Annexure No. 6 to this writ petition)" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed an application before the Revenue Authority, which is pending consideration since 05.03.2025. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 05.03.2025, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
