Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to hand over/transfer investigation to some senior IPS Officer and register the FIR against the accused persons after carrying out the proper investigation, as the police has not investigated the matter and has not taken any action against the accused persons till date, despite giving representation dated 06.06.2025 to Superintendent of Police, Karnal. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is being harassed by private respondents without any rhyme and reason. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On asking of the Court, Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. He, on instructions from SI Narender Kumar, has apprised the Court that the petition has been filed in a clandestine manner. He submits that the petitioner had availed the loan from Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. and he failed POOJA SHARMA 2025.07.14 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-36512-2025 -2- to pay the instalments and thus, the matter was referred to the Arbitrator. He submits that as per the order of the Arbitrator, the vehicle was directed to be confiscated by the Police authority. He submits that the Police has already confiscated the vehicle of the petitioner in accordance with the law. 5. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not served with any notice regarding the same. He submits that for the redressal of his grievances, he has filed a representation dated 06.06.2025 before respondent No.3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Karnal. 6. Learned State counsel, has submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner has already been dealt with. 7. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, no direction is required to be passed, however, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail his remedy as available to him under the law. 8.
