The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari so as to quash the impugned revised rate of acceptance letters both dated 6.8.25 bearing No.ka.ha.ma/purchase/tender- 755/2025-26/2, (Annexure-A) issued by the 2nd Respondent. b) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari so as to quash the impugned revised rate of acceptance letter dated 6.8.25 bearing No.ka.ha.ma/purchase/tender-755/2025- 26/1, issued to 3rd respondent by the 2nd Respondent (Annexure-B). c) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to divide the work equally between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent by dividing the number of workers as per tender notification dated 7.5.25. d) Issue such other direction as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Memo has been filed which reads as under: "The Petitioner submits that, since there was some amicable settlement between the parties and the petitioner is not interest to continue the writ petition, hence this Hon'ble Court be pleased - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52329 WP No. 25246 of 2025 to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
